Inviting Team Members

Collaboration is key to effective SaaS management. Invite your team to help track and manage subscriptions.

How to Invite Members

  1. Navigate to Settings > Members
  2. Click "Invite Member"
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select their role
  5. Click "Send Invitation"
The invited person will receive an email with a link to join your team.

Team Roles

Admin

  • Full access to all features
  • Can invite/remove members
  • Can modify team settings
  • Can view and edit all subscriptions
  • Can access billing and plan management

Member

  • Can view all subscriptions
  • Can add and edit subscriptions
  • Can participate in workflows
  • Cannot invite members or change settings

Viewer

  • Read-only access to dashboards
  • Can view subscriptions and reports
  • Cannot add or edit subscriptions
  • Ideal for executives or stakeholders

Managing Invitations

Pending Invitations

View all outstanding invitations in Settings > Members. You can:
  • Resend the invitation email
  • Cancel the invitation

Invitation Expiry

Invitations expire after 7 days. If expired, simply send a new invitation.

Best Practices

  • Start small: Invite key stakeholders first
  • Assign owners: Each subscription should have an accountable person
  • Use appropriate roles: Not everyone needs admin access
  • Regular review: Remove access for departed employees
