Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards. Enterprise customers can pay via ACH or wire transfer.

When will I be charged?

You're charged immediately when you subscribe, then on the same date each month. For annual plans, you're charged once per year.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 14 days, we don't offer refunds, but you can cancel anytime and won't be charged again.

Can I get a receipt for my payment?

Yes! All invoices are available in Settings > Billing. You can download PDF invoices for expense reports.

Plans & Features

Can I try before I buy?

Yes! Start with our free tier to explore Tracktron. No credit card required.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

You'll receive a notification and can upgrade at any time. We won't cut off access immediately—you have time to decide.

Do unused features roll over?

No, features don't roll over. Each billing period starts fresh.

Changes & Cancellation

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Settings > Billing and click "Change Plan". Upgrades are immediate and you pay the prorated difference.

How do I downgrade?

Same process—changes take effect at your next billing date. You keep current features until then.

What happens when I cancel?

You retain access until your current billing period ends. After that, you're moved to the free tier and can export your data.

Can I pause my subscription?

We don't offer pause functionality, but you can cancel and resubscribe later. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.

Do you offer custom pricing?

Yes, for teams with specific needs. Contact sales@tracktron.cc to discuss.

Can I get a custom contract?

Enterprise customers can negotiate custom terms. We're flexible on payment terms, SLAs, and security requirements.

Do you offer non-profit discounts?

Yes! Non-profits and educational institutions get 50% off. Contact us with proof of status.
