Subscription Categories
Categories help you organize subscriptions and generate meaningful reports.
Default Categories
Tracktron comes with common categories:
- Communication: Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams
- Productivity: Notion, Asana, Monday.com
- Development: GitHub, AWS, Vercel
- Marketing: HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Ads
- Sales: Salesforce, Pipedrive, Gong
- HR: BambooHR, Gusto, Deel
- Finance: QuickBooks, Expensify, Brex
- Security: 1Password, Okta, Cloudflare
- Design: Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva
- Analytics: Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics
Custom Categories
Create categories that match your organization:
- Go to Settings > Categories
- Click "Add Category"
- Enter name, description, and optional color
Category Tips
- Keep categories broad enough to be useful
- Avoid too many categories (10-15 is ideal)
- Use tags for more specific groupings
